The meeting will begin with approval of the agenda and the minutes of the March 14, 2012 general meeting. CB2 Chairperson John Dew and District Manager Robert Perris will report.

Lawrence Whiteside, chairperson of the Land Use Committee, will present the committee’s recommendation (14-2-1) that CB2 support the design of phase two of City Point, with the requirements that

  • the feasibility of access to the proposed underground loading dock be studied by the Department of Transportation.

Phase Two of City Point is the two buildings center-left. The tall building at the corner of Flatbush Avenue Extension and Willoughby Street is proposed for a future phase.
