This year Just Because Salon is sponsoring 9 young ladies from Benjamin Banneker Academy; 8 will be attending college and 1 is enlisted in the US Marines. Preparation starts early for the prom, from the dress to the flowers to the final salon touches, the prom can prove to be overwhelmingly expensive for the young ladies and their families.
Just Because Salon Prom Queen Project is now seeking donations of formal dresses, accessories and financial support; your donations will automatically enter you into a raffle to win their exclusive “Detoxifying Hair Treatment” as featured in UPTOWN MAGAZINE.
