Lyrics for adults, riddims for the child in all of us. Songwriter / Bassist / Guitarist DAVID PILGRIM was raised in the island paradise of Barbados and came of age in New York’s concrete cityscape. Since 1998, he’s spanned those two worlds, playing his own Caribbean-accented fusion which he calls ISLAND SOUL. 2011 marks the release of his latest album, ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL, a genre-stretching work that further expands the concepts of his two previous albums, UNDER THE BUSHEL and ISLAND SOUL.
