As Fort Greeners know all too well, the neighborhood has experienced dramatic cost of living increases in recent years. What can we do and what is being done to maintain affordability in Fort Greene?

The renovations of the Whitman & Ingersoll Housing Developments have taken longer than expected causing hardship to members of our neighborhood. Mr. Cardinale will focus on when NYCHA expects to conclude the renovations and reoccupy the buildings. www.nyc.gov/nycha
