years experience in property casualty insurance. Her career began as a personal
insurance underwriter, but changed her career path to marketing and sales. She
joined Mackoul & Associates in 2000 and has built
her client base specializing in the insurances for the real estate industry.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, such as New York
Association of Real Estate Managers and the Association of Real Estate Women.

NTIS was created to fill a substantial need within the preservation community.
As you know, historic properties can be difficult to insure, especially the
ones placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
NTIS specializes in insurance programs working with individual historic
properties, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. We are excited
about our programs and are constantly working within the insurance industry to
