This is a public hearing on applications filed with the Department of City Planning by the Education Construction Fund (ECF) and 80 Flatbush Avenue LLC. for the redevelopment of the block bounded by Schermerhorn Street, Flatbush Avenue, State Street and 3rd Avenue with new residential, community facility and commercial development that will include a new, larger facility for an existing public high school currently located on the block as well as a new elementary school.
